Our History

James & I met in early 2007, in the dvd aisle of our local supermarket! A few months later, after much nagging from his friend Joseph (known to some as Victor), I went to a local pub for a few drinks with James & Vic.

We became a couple on 3rd June 2007, moved in together about a month later, and got engaged on 17th August 2007 - a rollercoaster few months described by friends as our whirlwind romance!James & I chose my engagement ring together; a smooth 18ct white gold band clasping a brilliant cut 0.15ct diamond.

Since we have gotten together, James & I have done a lot together - we have been to Scotland, the Isle of Wight, London, Wales & Ireland! We have bought a car together - though I (Zoe) have yet to pass my test to be able to drive it on my own!

We moved from our flat to a nearby house in August 2008 (still renting), just 4 months before our wedding in December! That was, admittedly, a bit of a mad decision, as we were so busy with our wedding plans! But it all worked out for the best, and we are now happy in our home - with room for all our furniture!
